7 Bubble.io Features Everyone Would Love More than AI Generation

  1. Branch (version) name preview and copy from branch tree.

sometimes, I just want to check something on another branch, why do I have to wait for Bubble to load the branch so I can copy the version name from the url and paste it in the page I’m testing? wouldn’t this ⬇️ be nicer?

2. Masonry grid on mobile horizontal lists.

I know horizontal lists are for horizontal scrolling and short lists for vertical but there are native components with horizontal chips fitting to width and wrapping on next line. Can we please have that?

3. Search for color style

When you have color styles that looks like this, you seriously need search by name.

4. Better conflicts overview

Don’t make me dig to find what ‘changed differently’ means. Instead of click on something > load > see on relevant branch let me see it side by side, like the description.

5. Parent branch updated flag on child branches.

it gets old, asking your team to pull updates from parent branch everyday. It would be great if the editor shows that the parent has been updated. Saves some nagging and annoyance.

6. Better comments visibility

what happens if someone leaves a comment somewhere?

nothing. Because no one sees it. But how else can we leave a comment where it’s relevant instead of in a slack message hoping that someone will find it when the they need it?

7. Option set preview (like a dataset)

option sets are displayed differently in Bubble and I understand that it’s easier to create them this way. But they can have many attributes and it’s time consuming to find an option then modify attributes to see it’s data displayed. Why can’t we see them as datasets are displayed?

What do you think, fellow Bubblers? do you agree?

‘Till next time, lots of love and #keepmaking!
